All Sales are final, our handmade leather goods are are all handmade. It is the customers responsibility to be aware of our policy before purchasing. For Loyalty points used on return purchases those points can NOT be refunded or replaced so use them wisely. There is a no refund policy on all custom orders sales are final. All custom orders are excluded from gaining loyalty points, only purchase made from the site gain loyalty points.
Break in Period
Please allow up to two weeks of continuous daily carry. Due to some leathers being thicker and more firm than others allow an extra amount of time for those items. We also do not pre break in our items, once leather is stretched out it does not go back to its original form.
